## 10-Day Return Policy

We offer a *10-day return policy* from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days, subject to the conditions below.

## Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

* The return request must be made within *10 days* of delivery.
* The watch must be *unused*, unworn, and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
* The product should not have any scratches, damage, or signs of misuse.
* A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

## Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

* Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
* Watches with removed or damaged protective films (if applicable).
* Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
* Items damaged due to improper handling or unauthorized repairs.

## Return Process

1. Contact our customer support within 10 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective).
3. Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

## Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

* If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within *5–7 business days*.
* Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
* For *Cash on Delivery (COD)* orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID after verification.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within *48 hours of delivery* with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

## Shipping Charges

* If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), the return shipping cost will be borne by *FEB Watch*.
* For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer.

## Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
