At FEB Watch, every watch is backed by a 1-Year Domestic Warranty at no additional cost.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

Watch movement
Internal mechanical or electronic components
Manufacturing faults under normal usage
Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage
Broken or cracked glass
Water damage caused by improper use
Normal wear and tear
Scratches on the case, strap, or bracelet
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
Battery replacement (unless due to a manufacturing defect)
Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service:

Contact our support team.
Share your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Provide photos or videos if requested.
Our team will guide you through the warranty process.

If the product qualifies under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Warranty Validity

The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from FEB Watch or its official sales channels.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
